Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Steve Smail joined the staff of Lighthouse Baptist Church in 2005, serving in various roles before becoming Senior Pastor in 2014. With a heart for people and a commitment to the Lord’s work, he leads a full ministry schedule, oversees local outreach programs, and supports 32 missionaries worldwide. His leadership reflects the Great Commission: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations…” (Matthew 28:19). Check out the rest of our church staff and ministry workers here.
